Kerr Roofing & Sheetmetal installs custom gutter systems designed for Charleston’s heavy rainfall and coastal conditions. We provide seamless aluminum, custom sheet metal, K-style, box-style, and half-round gutter systems with properly sized downspouts for reliable drainage.

Unlike many gutter contractors, Kerr Roofing & Sheetmetal has in-house sheet metal capabilities for custom gutter and drainage solutions. We fabricate specialty components, flashing, collector boxes, scuppers, and custom metal details for residential and commercial properties throughout the Charleston area.

Charleston’s heavy rain, tropical storms, salt air, and humidity demand a gutter system built for coastal conditions. Kerr Roofing & Sheetmetal installs durable gutter and downspout systems designed to provide reliable drainage and long-term protection for Lowcountry homes and businesses.

Leaking, sagging, rusted, or overflowing gutters can cause damage to your roof, fascia, siding, and foundation. Kerr Roofing & Sheetmetal replaces failing gutter systems with properly sized gutters and downspouts designed for your property.

Signs you may need gutter replacement:
• Frequent leaks or overflow
• Rust, cracks, or corrosion
• Gutters pulling away from the fascia
• Water pooling near the foundation
• Storm or wind damage

Proper drainage is about more than just gutters. We provide gutter protection, downspout upgrades, drainage improvements, and custom solutions designed to move water safely away from your property. Our systems are built to handle the heavy rainfall and coastal weather common throughout Charleston.
